lyrics:
Sometimes there’s no holding my head up
Sometimes all I can do is wallow
Under the ever-crushing weight
Of another day of involuntary existence
Sometimes Sometimes Sometimes
My mind is askew
Broken mind, broken mind, broken mind, broken mind
Sometimes the only hope
is the sure knowledge
My demise is inevitable
Sooner rather than later
Much sooner than later
My mind is askew
Broken mind, broken mind, broken mind, broken mind
lyrics:
Mind is heavy
So wretched and weak
Body failing
Predicaments of human beings
Life is fading
Bones are weary
Visions blurry
Mistaking death for goodnight sleep
Broken spirit
hopeless living
broken spirit
That far I can see
Broken spirit
hopeless living
broken spirit
min nikama kwamba mi siko hapa na Sina nanga Sii hii ni ishara mapepo haya yanipa busu ukahaba yanidunga visu
Broken spirit
hopeless living
Broken spirit
No chance of living
Broken spirit
hopeless living
broken spirit
hanging from the ceiling
moyoni mwangu ,Nina haya USO wangu wa laana macho zangu ni ishara mbali nami usalama
Broken spirit
hopeless living
Broken spirit
No chance of living
Brocken spirit
hopeless living
broken spirit
wretched living

lyrics:
The harsh hot wind dusts sand in my face
Chaotic like the sound
But it’s not unkind, gentle in its own way
It calls to me and heals my soul
Others are threatened by the vastness
I yearn to feel the extent of its depth
The heat feels soothing to my aching bones
Many lives I’ve lived to love to death
The desert gives my soul rest
Peace, as I draw in a hot breath
Wounded from many battles and the passage of time
But I still survive
What’s real? What matters? Why do we get by?
We’re perpetually spinning and forced to climb
My back aches as the load is heavy
I wish I never saw things so clearly
It’s like watching a bad movie play out
But who wrote the script?
I need to go back to the desert
To feel the healing heat on my skin
Whispering warmth promising rebirth with
Each stunning sunset for a new dawn to follow
Out of ashes, out of nothing, time and again
The desert calls and I find myself
It reminds me what I’m made of, dust and life
Magic and ordinary, darkness and light
All things I am and all things are me
A saga and the simplest of mysteries
Once you see, there is no back, no release
The sand uncovers new layers previously unseen
My eyes are closed to the world around me
It calls to me, I answer
It calls to me, I come
The whisper or the wind
The whisper in the wind
The whisper from within
It beckons; like its slave I answer
The call beating louder like a drum
I still my breath to hear the noise
I’ve heard silence deafen, more loud
Nothing fills me better than the air, static and sound
It resonates, let the energy flow
It penetrates my eardrums, flooded with waves
Embrace
Embrace the black
Embrace the calm
I cannot praise this album enough. This album is absolutely terrifying! The many starts and stops creates this very h settling tension. Each start expands on the stopper idea previously. It’s like the music equivalent of walking through thick fog while passing out multiple times throughout trying to find a place to orientate yourself. There may or may not be something sinister in that fog, but you don’t want to stick around to find out. Bought the vinyl so I summon the fog demons through spe showhornwithteeth
